Aftersales Manager

CARtime is looking for an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused After Sales Manager to join our Hillcrest branch.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience as an Office Sales Manager.
• Previous motor industry experience will be considered if you have at least 3 years in an Office Sales Manager role.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent administrative and organisational abilities.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office and relevant business systems).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver's licence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the after-sales office, drive sales growth, manage customer enquiries, quotations, bookings and follow-ups, oversee administration and record keeping, monitor team performance, ensure excellent customer service, maintain customer relationships, ensure compliance with company policies, and work closely with workshop staff to achieve branch targets.
