Job description

GAC South Africa is looking for an experienced Aftersales Service Operations & Customer Experience Manager to lead dealer aftersales operations, strengthen service standards and enhance the overall customer ownership experience.

Key Focus Areas

Lead and improve dealer aftersales operations and performance.
Drive CSI, NPS, VOC, customer complaint resolution and customer retention.
Conduct dealer visits, audits and performance reviews and drive improvement actions.
Develop dealer service training and capability-building initiatives.
Implement aftersales service campaigns and customer loyalty programmes.
Monitor key aftersales KPIs and provide actionable performance insights.
Collaborate with Technical Services & Warranty, Parts & Logistics, Marketing, GAC Headquarters and dealers to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Support new dealer aftersales readiness and operational setup.

What We're Looking For

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Automotive Management, Marketing, Customer Experience, Automotive Engineering or a related field.
5+ years’ experience in automotive aftersales, service operations or dealer management.
Strong experience in dealer performance, CSI/VOC, customer experience and service standards.
OEM, importer/distributor, dealer group or multi-dealer network experience preferred.
Experience with Chinese automotive brands/OEMs is highly advantageous.
Strong leadership, analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Fluent English required; Mandarin Chinese is an advantage.
Valid South African driver’s licence and willingness to travel nationally.

Pay: R700 000,00 - R850 000,00 per month
