Vacancy: Service Engineer (Agriculture Machinery)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to find out, adjust, repair or overhaul the mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
• Carry out periodic maintenance of the heavy equipment machinery.
• Test machinery after repair or assembly to ensure proper functioning and compliance
• Provide technical support to customers and maintain amicable client relations
• Ensure that work is undertaken in a safe manner and that practices conform to safety regulations and procedures.
• Stock machine management and periodic maintenance.
• RI, PDI, DI, regular service and customer training etc. standard service action implementation.
• Technical support to sales team.
• Complete other task given by line manager.
• Responsible for the service satisfaction of dealers in the country, the local accessories supply rate, accessories sales targets.
• Responsible for planning, organizing and implementing the service capability improvement plan for dealers.
• Responsible for the construction of active service and passive service working procedures, standards and matching team building.
• Responsible for parts planning, warehousing logistics planning, delivery (including host) and management.
• Responsible for product testing, product pre-market service planning and preparation in the host country.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• More than 3 years’ Experience in Service of Agriculture Equipment and Heavy Machinery preferably with GCC/International driving license.
• Candidates from OEM or Dealership are preferred.
