✨ A sales enablement and proof role with AI agents, skills and automation at the centre of the craft β€” not bolted onto it

πŸš€ A rare opportunity to build the conversion engine of an AI-native agency

πŸ’» High-end, fast computer and all the latest software, AI tools and productivity tools you will need

Who We Are

At Storm Ideas, we work with some of the biggest names in US entertainment. Since 2008, our international team has helped major entertainment, media and content-led businesses build stronger relationships with audiences through strategy, social, creative production, community, operations, products and technology.

Our work sits at the intersection of entertainment, fandom, content, technology and operations. Storm is an entertainment agency for the AI era: combining deep social, content and audience expertise with practical AI capability. We help clients make excellent work today, while redesigning the teams, workflows and operations they need as AI reshapes the industry.

We practise what we sell: we have transformed how Storm itself operates for the AI era, with agentic tools, shared context and AI-native workflows woven into everyday work β€” and a dedicated AI Operations team keeping that stack reliable and well-run. You will be stepping into an environment most agencies are still only talking about, and building on foundations most enablement people never get.

Storm is headquartered in the UK, with an international, remote-first team and a client base centred on US entertainment. We are now building our first dedicated commercial team.

About the Role

This is an AI-first sales enablement role. Not an enablement role that β€œuses AI tools” β€” a role where the conversion engine itself is an AI system: proof and claims structured as context that agents can use, reusable modules assembled by workflows, decks and proposals drafted by agents and finished by human judgement. You are the person who designs, runs and relentlessly improves that engine.

The engine's job is conversion. Agency work is bought on trust, proof and well-shaped materials: pitch decks that tell a coherent story, case studies with real outcomes, proposals that make complex work feel structured and de-risked, and RFP responses that are fast, accurate and consistent. AI is what makes the speed possible; you are what makes it safe and persuasive. Every claim supported, every permission checked, every number current, and an eye for how a deck should look as well as how a commercial story should build. You don't need to be a designer, but materials that reach a senior room carry your taste as well as your accuracy.

None of it works from a distance. You will need to understand Storm's services, work and output very well, and genuinely engage with what we make, because you cannot package proof you don't understand. Expect to get close to the delivery teams, the work itself and the clients' worlds it lives in.

The right person does not need to arrive as a fully formed enablement leader. We care much more about agency, judgement, systems thinking, technical mindedness, learning velocity and serious engagement with the work. But the AI bar is real. We're not talking about using AI as a search box or an autocomplete. The person we're looking for treats AI as a capable pair of hands. They delegate whole pieces of work, not just questions. They review what comes back with a sharp, critical eye. And they keep refining how they brief and direct it, so the quality compounds. If you read that and thought β€œthat's just how I work now,” this role is built for you.

What You'll Make Happen

  • Build and run Storm's conversion engine as an AI-first system: structured proof, claims and module libraries that agents can draw on, assembly workflows that produce drafts in hours, and QA that keeps every output accurate and permissioned
  • Build and maintain the proof library as structured, agent-readable context: case studies, outcomes, client examples, usage permissions, confidentiality notes and reusable evidence
  • Build and maintain the approved claims library: what Storm can confidently say, what supports it, and where permission or confidentiality limits apply β€” the guardrails every AI workflow runs inside
  • Create and maintain the pitch and proposal module system: reusable, tagged, current modules that workflows can assemble into decks, proposals and RFP responses
  • Draft and produce case studies from delivery work, account team notes, retrospectives and client feedback β€” agent-drafted, human-verified
  • Assemble tailored pitch decks and proposal outlines for live opportunities β€” visually sharp and on-brand, not just accurate β€” directed by the Business Development Director and senior team
  • Own RFP and procurement readiness: company overview, credentials, methodology, team bios, standard answers and approved language, ready to deploy fast
  • Create service one-pagers, offer explainers and collateral for the AI transformation offer, including diagnostic and workshop materials
  • Run the request intake: how the Business Development Director and senior team ask for materials, how urgency is judged, and how work is tracked and delivered
  • Define asset governance: where materials live, what counts as approved, naming, versioning, refresh cycles and archive rules
  • Coordinate with account managers and delivery teams to capture proof, outcomes and examples from current work as it happens
  • Build QA into every workflow β€” claim checks, permission checks, number checks, confidentiality checks β€” so AI speed never costs Storm its credibility
  • Track whether the engine is working: asset reuse, time-to-draft, proposal turnaround, commercial feedback and proof gaps

YOUR EXPERTISE

You are likely to have:

  • Strong structuring and writing ability, with a talent for turning messy evidence into clear, credible commercial narratives β€” the craft is non-negotiable
  • An eye for how commercial materials should look: able to make or direct clean, on-brand decks and collateral with AI and design tools β€” you don't need to be a designer, but you need taste
  • Evidence that you can get deep into bespoke services like ours β€” strategy, social, content, creative production and AI transformation β€” with a genuine appetite to understand what we make, how it is delivered and why it works
  • Some experience, strong project work or clear self-started evidence in sales enablement, proposal or bid work, agency or consultancy marketing, content operations or adjacent work
  • Genuine command of AI tools and a strong instinct for how fast the landscape is moving: frontier LLMs and agentic tools (Claude Code, Codex-style agents or similar) already central to your real work, not an occasional chat window
  • Evidence that you have built AI-assisted workflows, template systems, structured libraries, knowledge bases or automations that someone other than you could use
  • Practical understanding of prompt and agent configuration, context design and lightweight technical systems β€” markdown, GitHub, Airtable, document and deck tools β€” or the demonstrated appetite to learn them fast
  • Real judgement about proof: what counts as evidence, what can be claimed, what needs permission, and what would embarrass you if challenged
  • Comfort working with senior people, tight deadlines and live commercial pressure
