Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled, creative, and strategic AI Language Coordinator who shares our passion for evangelism and wants to join our dynamic team. The AI Language Coordinator provides essential administrative and organisational support to ensure AI language and translation projects run smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule. This role focuses on coordinating tasks, maintaining accurate records, managing timelines, and supporting clear communication between internal teams and external partners. The coordinator will help streamline workflows, monitor project progress, and assist with logistical and documentation needs. The ideal candidate is proactive, embraces evolving technologies and someone who enjoys organizing processes.

Specific Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the AI model verification process to identify the most effective models for automated translation and multilingual content creation.
• Manage schedules and tasks effectively to meet deadlines and achieve required outcomes and goals connected to language projects.
• Keep accurate records of translation output and results by maintaining relevant administrative systems for language projects.
• Develop and update administrational systems and workflows to continually improve efficiency and communication.
• Maintain clear and professional communication and relationships with team members, co-workers and project leaders.
• Collaborate with your team and leaders to identify and solve problems.
• Liaise with external organisations and partners involved in the AI language verification process.
• Grow and apply knowledge of AI translation tools.
• Demonstrate initiative and take ownership of moving the project forward, while respecting leadership and consulting with them on key decisions.
• Be adaptable and available to assist teams and co-workers with their given translation tasks.
• As part of a global organisation, you will be required to collaborate across time zones, which may involve out-of-hours availability.

Skills, Experience and Education

• Strong organisational and administrative skills to manage multiple translation projects efficiently.
• Experience coordinating projects and collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for cross-team and partner interactions.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Problem-solving and proactive approach to improve workflows and address project challenges.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate reporting.
• Strong communication skills and a relational approach to change management and cross-functional collaboration.
• A heart for evangelism and deep alignment with CV’s mission to introduce people to Jesus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is desirable .
• 1-2 years of admin experience is desirable.
