Job description

Guest assistance and communication
Coordinate check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless experience
Conduct regular property inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation
Identify and address maintenance issues promptly, coordinating with service providers as needed
Oversee cleaners and other support staff, ensuring timely turnovers and guest readiness
Monitor reviews and guest feedback, implementing improvements as required
Ensure listings remain up-to-date and optimized for visibility and guest appeal
Handle inventory and restocking of guest essentials and amenities
Assist in pricing and occupancy strategies to maximize revenue
Must have drivers license and preferably live close to Cape Town Northern suburbs
