Job description

* Have at least 3 - 6 years of experience in the field

* Must know alarm systems Ajax, IDS, DSC, TEXECOM & PARADOX very well

* Must speak AFRIKAANS and ENGLISH very well

* Must have experience on CCTV, Gate Automation and ACCESS Control – HIKVISION, DAWA and ZK

- Must be able to do site assessments, interact with clients, compile proposals and cost jobs.

Sharp Problem-Solving Skills
The Ability to Work Within a Team
Creative Thinking
Valid Code 8 Drivers License
Ensure all work complies with industry standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Complete job cards, service reports, and administrative tasks accurately and on time
CCTV System installation and configuration of analog and IP-based surveillance systems, including remote viewing set-up.
Strong understanding and knowledge of router installation, static IP configuration, and port forwarding for remote system access.
Strong adherence to confidentiality and security protocols
High Standard of accuracy & Proficiency

· Physically fit and comfortable working in ceiling spaces, outdoor environments, and elevated areas

Pay: R15 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
