Job Description

Reporting to our Senior Retail Media Manager, you'll play a key role within our Paid Media department, driving media performance and account growth for a multinational beauty brand. You’ll shape retail media best practices for them, working with a global team and Amazon Ads.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Manage and improve retail media campaigns, inclusive of Sponsored Advertising and DSP activations across retail networks (primarily Amazon).
• Plan, activate and optimise paid campaigns across European markets.
• Ensure accurate and full delivery of client budgets.
• Support the creation of professional client-facing reports, highlighting clear and actionable performance insights.
• Work with clients through written, phone, and face-to-face communication.
• Stay informed about new tools, trends, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Over 2 years of experience working in retail media or e-commerce paid advertising.
• Knowledge of sponsored ads or display advertising through Amazon, with experience working in the Ad Console (Sponsored Ads or DSP).
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for performance analysis and reporting.
• Skilled at creating structured, clear, client-oriented presentations.
• You love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.
• You're good at adapting strategies and plans to navigate unforeseen circumstances.
• You're great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions.
