Operation Assistant - Amore Nails and Beauty

The company operates multiple stores/salons located across Cape Town. The Operations Assistant will be required to travel between branches regularly and must be comfortable working across different locations.
Purpose of the Role
The Operations Assistant is responsible for supporting the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the company's nail and beauty stores.
The role combines reception and administrative duties, stock control, store and salon quality control, deliveries, procurement support and general operational assistance across multiple branches.
The successful candidate must be highly organised, reliable, customer-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-branch beauty environment.
A valid driver's licence is an essential and non-negotiable requirement for this position.

The Operations Assistant will be required to:
- Assist branches based on operational needs and priorities.
- Transport stock, supplies and equipment between locations.
- Conduct branch inspections and quality-control checks.
- Provide temporary operational support at different branches.
The successful candidate must therefore be comfortable with regular travel between branches.

- Accuracy of stock control and stock records.
- Reduction of stock discrepancies and losses.
- Timely and accurate completion of deliveries.
- Quality and presentation standards across all branches.
- Cleanliness and organisation of operational areas.
- Accuracy of receiving and checking supplier deliveries.
- Effective movement of stock between branches.
- Effective communication with branch teams, suppliers and management.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Customer service and professionalism.
- Ability to identify and resolve operational issues.
- Compliance with company policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, beauty, salon, FMCG or operations would be advantageous.
- Good administrative and organisational skills.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Computer literacy and knowledge of Excel.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Numerically competent with the ability to accurately count and reconcile stock.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Professional and well presented.
- Comfortable working across multiple locations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: R5 737,31 - R10 000,00 per month
