Job description
We are a growing printing and signage company looking for a skilled, reliable, and hardworking Applicator/Sign Makerto join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the production, installation and application of a wide range of signage products while maintaining high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Measure, prepare, and clean surfaces before installation.
Assist with the production, finishing, and preparation of signage.
Operate hand and power tools safely
Load, transport, and install signage at customer premises.
Install vinyl graphics, vehicle branding, wall graphics, window decals, and signage.
Apply self-adhesive vinyl to various surfaces with a high-quality finish
Install indoor and outdoor signs, banners, and displays.
Ensure all work is completed accurately and on schedule
Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles.
Work both independently and as part of a team
Follow health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
Previous experience in vinyl application, signage installation, or a similar role is essential.
Knowledge of vehicle wrapping and large-format graphics installation will be an advantage.
Good attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work at heights and use ladders safely.
Physically fit and capable of lifting and handling signage materials.
Valid driver's licence (advantageous).
Reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work overtime when required.
