Appointment Booker (Experienced, Remote) — Immediate Start

We are seeking 3 experienced and motivated Appointment Bookers to join our team as soon as possible. In this role, you'll be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, managing calendars, and ensuring smooth communication with clients.

Requirements:

• 5 years call centre experience featuring Australian target audience
• Reliable, stable internet connection (essential)
• Stable, uninterrupted electricity supply (essential)
• Your own computer to fulfil this role
• Your own headset to fulfil this role
• Clear communication skills and a professional phone manner
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Available to start immediately

Working hours:

• 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM Sydney time (AEST), Monday to Friday
• Corresponding to roughly 3:00 AM – 12:00 PM SAST during standard time, or 2:00 AM – 11:00 AM SAST during daylight saving.

Start date: As soon as possible

Pay: R300 000,00 - R400 000,00 per year
