About the Company Our client operates a growing Deal Desk that supports lenders, wholesalers, direct sellers, and real estate investors. As the business continues to expand, they are seeking a dedicated Appointment Setter to help generate qualified opportunities by conducting high-volume outbound calls and scheduling appointments for the Disposition Team. This is a pilot position with the opportunity to grow alongside the business. Position Overview: The Appointment Setter will be responsible for conducting outbound prospecting campaigns, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the client's Disposition Team. The ideal candidate is confident speaking with prospects over the phone, thrives in a metrics-driven environment, and can consistently maintain a high level of outbound activity while delivering an excellent customer experience. The selected contractor will work exclusively for the client while receiving payroll and administrative support through 1840 & Company. The client will provide day-to-day management, coaching, KPIs, and all operational systems required for the role.Job Overview

• Conduct 100–200 outbound calls per day using the client's dialing platform.

• Contact prospective buyers, wholesalers, lenders, investors, and other real estate contacts.

• Follow established scripts while adapting conversations naturally based on prospect responses.

• Qualify leads according to the client's criteria.

• Schedule appointments for the Disposition Team.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all conversations within the client's CRM.

• Update lead statuses, call notes, and appointment information promptly.

• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals and appointment-setting targets.

• Handle objections professionally and confidently.

• Maintain a positive and professional representation of the client's brand during every interaction.

• Attend team meetings, coaching sessions, and training as required.

• Communicate proactively regarding pipeline updates, challenges, and opportunities. Working Hours
