Appointment Setter / Lead Manager (Remote, Part-Time → Full-Time)

We’re growing fast and looking for a hungry, reliable appointment setter to help us manage conversations, book qualified calls, and keep our pipeline moving.
Your Role
Your job is simple:
Turn conversations into qualified booked calls
You won’t be cold calling all day.
You’ll be working with:
- Cold email replies
- LinkedIn conversations
- Inbound leads
- Warm prospects
Your role is to:
- follow up

- book calls
- keep leads engaged
⭐️ Key Responsibilities - Lead Follow-Up
- Respond to incoming leads and replies quickly
- Follow up with prospects across:
- SMS
Qualification
You’ll qualify prospects based on:
- Business type (home services/trades)
- Revenue level / job value
- Growth intent
- Ability to invest
Only book high-quality prospects
Appointment Booking
- Book qualified prospects into:
- Discovery Calls
- Strategy Calls
- Send booking links and confirm appointments
No-Show & Reschedule Management
- Follow up immediately with:
- No-shows
- Reschedules
- Ghosted leads
- Bring them back into the pipeline
CRM Management
- Track all leads in our CRM
- Label leads:
- Hot / Warm / Cold
- Keep pipeline clean and updated daily
Targets & KPIs
- 10–15 qualified calls booked per week
- 2–3 booked calls per day
- 70%+ show-up rate
- Strong pipeline consistency
Who We’re Looking For✅ Must Have:
- Fluent English (written & spoken)
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and consistent
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with follow-up and persistence
