Job Title: Junior BDR (Business Development Representative/appointment setter)
Location: South Africa (Remote)
Salary: R7,000 starting → ramps up per month if on targets + uncapped commission
What we're looking for:
- Based in SA, internet, computer and mic - non-negotiable
- 1 year sales/BDR/telesales experience
- Charming on the phone, tough when doors slam
- High energy, self-motivated, hates excuses
About the Role
We need a BDR who's genuinely hungry. This is a dialler role - 100+ outbound calls a day, qualify leads, log it clean in the CRM. No research. No fluff. Just pick up the phone be strong be charming and make the booking high profile decision makers.
Pay: R7 000,00 per month
