About Senior Growth Systems

Senior Growth Systems (SGS) helps non-medical, in-home senior care agencies fill their calendars with qualified family consultations. We install a complete client-acquisition system: paid advertising, a smart CRM, and fast human follow-up, backed by a guarantee of 30+ qualified, scheduled family consultations in 90 days. The Call Setter is the human engine behind that promise. SGS is a LOJO Group, LLC brand, a US-based marketing company.

The Role

You are the first voice a family hears when they reach out about care for a parent or loved one. You respond fast, listen with warmth, confirm the family is a good fit, book them onto our client's consultation calendar, and make sure they show up. You own the moment between "interested" and "sitting down with the agency," and your work directly delivers the results our clients are guaranteed.

This is NOT cold calling. Every person you call has just asked for help. Our system rings your phone the moment a lead comes in and connects you automatically, so speed is built in; your job is to be a warm, organized, reassuring voice on the other end.

What You'll Own

- Respond to every new inquiry within 5 minutes during business hours. Speed-to-lead is everything in this market, and our system dials for you so you can hit it.

- Call, text, and email leads with genuine empathy. These are families navigating a stressful, emotional decision.

- Qualify every lead against clear criteria: a non-medical / activities-of-daily-living care need, ability to pay privately or via long-term-care insurance, and are located in a serviceable location.

- Book qualified families onto the client's consultation calendar; send confirmations and run reminder sequences.

- Run no-show and reschedule sequences to protect and maximize show rate.

- Work entirely inside our CRM (GrowthGenie360 / GoHighLevel). Every touch logged, every pipeline current.

- Protect the guarantee: your speed, qualification accuracy, and show rate are what deliver the 30-in-90 promise to our clients.

- Hand clean, qualified, confirmed appointments to the client's closer and account team.

- Between fresh leads, work our database: revival calls to past inquiries and scheduled follow-ups. These count toward your bonus the same as fresh leads.

Key Performance Indicators

Every Call Setter is measured against clear targets, with stretch goals that unlock recognition and advancement:

- Speed-to-lead (contacted within 5 min): Target 90%+, Stretch 97%+

- Held qualified consultations per client per month: Target 8+, Stretch 10+

- Show rate (held / booked): Target 75%+, Stretch 85%+

- Qualification accuracy: Target 90%+, Stretch 97%+

- Client guarantee delivery (clients hitting 30+ in 90 days): Target 90%+, Stretch 100%

Bonus pay is earned only on consultations that are both held and qualified, never on raw bookings.

Who You Are

- Exceptional spoken and written English with a clear, warm, neutral accent. You'll speak with anxious U.S. families daily.

- 1+ years in appointment setting, inbound sales, call center, or customer-facing phone work.

- Warm and unhurried with families on the phone, fast at everything else. Comfortable with emotional conversations about aging parents.

- Fast and highly organized. You treat a 5-minute response window as sacred.

- CRM-comfortable; quick to learn GoHighLevel / GrowthGenie360.

- Available to work a full shift within U.S. Eastern business hours, Monday to Friday (roughly 2pm to 10 pm or 6pm to 2 am SAST depending on seat assignment).

- Reliable high-speed internet and a backup power solution (inverter / UPS) to stay online through loadshedding, plus a quiet, professional call environment.

Nice to Have

- Experience in home care, senior services, healthcare, or another empathy-heavy vertical.

- Familiarity with lead-generation funnels, Meta lead ads, or speed-to-lead systems.

Compensation

- Base retainer plus a performance bounty for every held, qualified consultation.

- Pay is made in US Dollars (USD); the rand range shown is an approximate conversion. Indicative on-target earnings ~$1,800 to $2,400/month (USD) at a full client load. Uncapped: the more qualified consultations you hold, the more you earn.

- Full-time independent contractor (USD), paid monthly, reliably and on time.

- 10 PTO days, monthly medical allowance, internet stipend, and 13th month pay.
