Real Estate Appointment Setter / Follow-Up Specialist (Inbound Leads)

We are a growing US-based home-buying company that helps homeowners sell their houses quickly and without the hassle of listing on the open market. We're looking for a motivated, personable Appointment Setter / Follow-Up Specialists, to be the first friendly voice our inbound leads hear.

This is a fully remote, full-time position working U.S. Eastern Time (EST) hours, so you'll need to be comfortable working the times that align with our U.S. team and leads. You won't be cold calling — every lead you contact has already reached out to us wanting to sell their home. Your job is to quickly follow up, build rapport, ask the right qualifying questions, and get a qualified appointment on the calendar for our acquisitions team.

What You'll Do

Respond quickly to inbound leads from our website, phone lines, and marketing campaigns via phone, text, and email

Qualify leads by asking about the property, timeline, motivation to sell, and condition of the home

Schedule appointments between qualified sellers and our acquisitions specialists

Nurture leads who aren't ready yet with a consistent, organized follow-up cadence until they're ready to move forward

Log every call, text, and email accurately in our CRM so nothing falls through the cracks

Hit daily and weekly activity targets for calls made, contacts reached, and appointments set

Communicate lead feedback and trends back to the team to help improve our marketing and scripts

Handle and manage a high volume of calls

What We're Looking For

Prior experience in sales, appointment setting, call center, real estate, or customer service (required)

Excellent phone presence — friendly, confident, and able to build trust quickly with strangers

Strong follow-up discipline; comfortable working a lead list every day without letting people go cold

Ability to handle and manage a high volume of calls

Clear written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable using a CRM and basic office/communication software

Self-motivated and reliable in a remote work environment — you'll need a quiet workspace, stable high-speed internet, and a computer/headset

Fluent, clear English (spoken and written) with a neutral, easy-to-understand accent for U.S. callers

Able and willing to work a shift aligned to U.S. Eastern Time (EST)

Real estate or "wholesale/novation/investor/we buy houses" industry experience is a plus but not required

Pay: R110,00 - R241,00 per hour
