Every day you'll speak with homeowners who have already expressed interest in selling their property. Your job is to build rapport, understand their situation, qualify opportunities, and consistently follow up until they're ready to move forward.

You'll be the first impression of our company and a critical part of our sales team. The better you perform, the more opportunities you'll have to grow into a six-figure Closing role.

What You'll Do

• Speak with homeowners interested in selling their property
• Build rapport and uncover each seller's motivation and goals
• Qualify leads using our proven sales process
• Schedule high-quality appointments for our Acquisition Specialists
• Consistently follow up with active prospects until they're ready to move forward
• Reactivate older leads that may now be ready to sell
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-up schedules
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
• Work closely with our Closers to maximize conversion rates
