Appointment Setter / Lead Manager

🚨 HIRING: Appointment Setter / Lead Manager (Remote) — Marketing Agency

We're a marketing agency and we're looking for ONE highly experienced setter to own our entire lead pipeline and maximise booked calls.

This is not a "blast 200 DMs and pray" role. We want someone relentless — a real salesperson, confident on the phone, hungry, and completely unfazed by getting rejected brutally and dialling the next lead anyway.

What you'll actually do:

• Manual + automated follow-ups with warm and cold leads
• Cold calling and warm calling leads (yes, on the phone — a lot)
• Build + manage email and SMS follow-up sequences
• Fully manage our CRM — tagging, segmenting, pipeline hygiene across all lead gen channels
• Build automated workflows + handle integrations
• Long-term lead nurturing (the leads that go quiet for 3 months and then book — those are yours)

You MUST have:

• Real sales experience and elite confidence on the phone
• Thick skin — rejection rolls off you and you keep going
• High-level experience with GoHighLevel
• Cold + warm calling experience
• Strong CRM management chops
• Proven ability to build automated email & SMS workflows + integration knowledge
• Relentless organisation and follow-up discipline

We want someone hungry — eager to learn, level up, and grow with us long-term. This is a role with real room to expand.
