Appointment Setter

The Appointment Setter is responsible for contacting prospective business clients on behalf of TTG Group, working with Openserve, to identify the individuals responsible for their internet services and connectivity.

The primary objective is to arrange appointments with relevant decision-makers to assess existing network infrastructure, understand connectivity requirements and introduce potential solutions based on available line upgrades and improved connectivity options.

Key Responsibilities

1\. Outbound Business Development

* Contact prospective business clients professionally.

* Introduce yourself as a representative of TTG Group, working with Openserve.

* Clearly explain the purpose of the call and its relevance to the business.

2\. Identifying Decision-Makers

* Establish who is responsible for the company's internet services and connectivity.

* Request to speak with the appropriate contact person.

* Obtain the relevant contact details where appropriate.

3\. Appointment Setting

* Arrange suitable appointments with the relevant decision-makers.

* Coordinate convenient dates and times for discussions or assessments.

* Confirm appointment details and ensure the relevant contact is available.

4\. Connectivity & Infrastructure Opportunities

* Introduce the purpose of assessing the client's existing network infrastructure.

* Establish the client's connectivity requirements.

* Explain that recent line upgrades and improved connectivity options may provide opportunities for a more suitable solution.
