We’re Hiring: Appointment Setter (Night Shift | On-Site | Somerset West)

Outsource-X specializes in providing hybrid outsourced, offshore services, making offshore workforce management easier than ever. We cater to diverse staffing needs, from sales to digital content creation. Outsource-X is dedicated to meeting the unique requirements of each client with tailored solutions and experienced teams that ensure operational success.

This is a NIGHT SHIFT role (strictly on-site), ideal for someone based in the Helderberg community who's ready to bring the energy when the rest of the world sleeps!

Working Hours: 01:00 AM 09:00 AM

What you'll be doing:

Calling potential clients and setting up appointments
Handling scheduling with precision and speed
Generating and following up on leads
Keeping communication sharp, professional, and friendly
Delivering exceptional customer service

What we're looking for:

Must reside in or near Helderberg (for easy access to the office)
Experience in appointment setting or telemarketing/sales
B2B experience
Clear communicator with a friendly, professional tone
Someone who enjoys working in a team and thrives in a fast-paced office
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
