About the Role

At Pavago, we are hiring for one of our clients seeking a confident and reliable Appointment Setter to help grow their attorney-focused podcast business.

The company helps attorneys become recognized experts in their local market by creating and managing professional podcasts for them. Your role will be focused on reaching out to attorneys, starting conversations, qualifying their interest, handling objections, following up consistently, and booking qualified calls for the team.

This is a hands-on outbound role where consistency, communication, and follow-through matter. You’ll have the freedom to manage your work independently while being held accountable for results.

What You’ll Be Doing

Outbound Prospecting

• Reach out to attorneys through outbound channels to introduce the podcast opportunity.
• Start genuine conversations and identify potential interest.
• Research and target attorneys based on practice area and market.
• Clearly communicate the value of the podcast opportunity.

Lead Qualification

• Ask thoughtful questions to understand an attorney’s goals, interests, and current marketing efforts.
• Identify prospects who are a strong fit for the offer.
• Handle initial questions and objections professionally.
• Determine whether a prospect is ready for a sales conversation.

Appointment Setting & Follow-Up

• Book qualified calls for the sales team.
• Follow up consistently with prospects who are interested but not yet ready.
• Maintain communication until there is a clear yes or no.
• Confirm scheduled appointments and help maintain strong show-up rates.

CRM & Organization

• Keep lead information, conversations, follow-ups, and appointment details accurately updated.
• Manage your daily prospecting and follow-up activities independently.
• Use CRM and scheduling tools to keep the pipeline organized.
• Ensure no qualified opportunity is lost due to missed follow-up.

Required Experience & Skills

• Previous experience in appointment setting, SDR or outbound sales.
• Experience with cold outreach and prospect follow-up.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to qualify prospects and identify genuine buying interest.
• Strong objection-handling and follow-up skills.
• Experience using CRM and scheduling tools.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to commit to a full-time, 40-hour workweek.
