Job description
Appointment Setter (Outbound Calls) – Remote | South Africa
Compensation: $450 USD/month base + performance bonuses
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST (1-hour break)
Location: Remote (South Africa)
About the Role
We’re looking for motivated, goal-driven individuals who can confidently speak with homeowners, qualify prospects, and set high-quality appointments for our roofing specialists.
This is a performance-based role where strong communicators and driven individuals can thrive and earn additional bonuses.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to homeowners in the U.S.
- Qualify prospects based on set criteria
- Schedule roofing inspection appointments for the sales team
- Accurately document call details and appointment notes
- Follow provided scripts while maintaining natural conversation flow
What We’re Looking For
- Strong English communication skills (clear, confident, professional)
- Previous sales, call center, or lead generation experience is a plus
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
- Goal-oriented and motivated by performance
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated work setup
- Ability to work U.S. Central Time hours consistently
Technical Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Minimum 20 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload internet speed
- Minimum 8 GB RAM
- Quiet work environment suitable for calls
Compensation & Performance
- Base pay: $450 USD/month
- Bonus: $5 USD per qualified appointment
- Bi-weekly payments
Qualified appointments must meet company standards and will be reviewed for accuracy and completeness.
