Schedule: Full-Time, EST, Monday-Friday

- Experience Required: 3+ years of outbound sales, appointment setting, or call center sales experience. (Automotive or finance experience is preferred but not required—we will train the right attitude).
Position Overview
We are seeking an upbeat, energetic, and highly confident Sales Development Representative (SDR) to become a foundational member of our growing automotive team. This is not a temporary virtual assistant role; we are looking for a true sales professional who wants a long-term career. Our dealer group is expanding rapidly—currently operating 5 locations (including 3 main stores and 2 used locations), with plans to add 4 to 6 more stores by Q3 and hire 10+ team members over the next year.
As a sales organization, culture fit and fluent English are our top priorities. In this role, you will be a "finance matchmaker." Customers apply for credit online before they pick a car, and your job is to reach out, pre-qualify them, and get them excited to work with our Finance Directors.
The Lead Environment: Absolutely No Cold Calling
Every lead you interact with has actively applied for financing and explicitly authorized us to pull their credit and reach out. These are warm, high-intent leads waiting for a call.
Key Responsibilities
- High-Volume Outbound Dialing: Actively call fresh inbound finance applications and re-engage aged leads (6-24 months) to get them back into the pipeline.
- Pre-Qualification: Run through initial credit application details, confirm background information, and understand their budget parameters.
- Appointment Setting: Confidently pitch the value of speaking with our finance team and book qualified appointments directly into our Finance Managers' calendars.
- Warm Transfers: Seamlessly hand off hot, interested prospects to our dealership's onsite Finance Directors.
- CRM Management: Maintain meticulous, accurate records of every call, text, and customer status update within our automotive CRM.
- Process Execution: Enthusiastically follow proven sales scripts, handling objections with charisma, professionalism, and drive.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a metric-driven sales role, outbound telemarketing, or high-volume appointment setting.
- Exceptional English Communication: Flawless verbal and written English with a warm, professional, and confident phone presence capable of building instant rapport with North American customers.
- High Energy & Drive: Someone who is motivated by targets, loves the thrill of the chase, and wants to maximize their commission structure.
- Process-Driven & Coachable: Ability to strictly follow scripts and processes while letting your natural charisma shine through.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable utilizing modern VoIP software, high-volume dialers, and CRM tracking systems.
