The Role
We're looking for a full-time Inbound Appointment Setter to join our team.
This is not a cold calling role. Every enquiry you handle comes directly from our own lead sources - people who have already shown an interest in our products. Your job is to qualify those enquiries and book them in as consultations for our sales team. That's the focus. You won't be prospecting, chasing cold lists, or building pipelines from scratch.
What we need is someone who is sharp on the phone, honest with prospects, and consistent. Someone who takes the process seriously and wants to be paid well for doing it properly.
What You'll Be Doing
- Handling inbound enquiries via telephone and other channels promptly and professionally
- Qualifying leads to ensure they're a strong fit before booking
- Scheduling consultations for the sales team with qualified prospects
- Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date after every interaction
- Following up with enquiries where needed to maximise conversion
- Staying on top of product knowledge so you can represent Vu Windows with confidence
- Working closely with the sales team to keep the handover process clean and consistent
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Proven experience in appointment setting or inbound sales - if you haven't done this before, this role isn't for you yet
- Strong verbal and written English - you'll be speaking with UK homeowners who expect a professional, considered conversation
- Comfortable working within a CRM (we use GoHighLevel)
- Highly organised and able to manage a busy flow of enquiries without dropping the ball
- Coachable - we have a process that works, and we need people who will follow it and improve it
- Available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm UK time
- Ready to start within 3–5 days of a successful interview
Beneficial
- Background in home improvement, construction, or a similar residential sector
- Experience handling premium or considered-purchase enquiries
- Previous experience working remotely for a UK or European company
