Job description
We are a digital marketing agency that generates patient enquiries for private dental clinics across the UK.
These enquiries come from Facebook Ads, Google Ads and our websites. People have already filled out a form asking about treatments such as dental implants, Invisalign and smile makeovers.
Your role is to respond to these enquiries promptly and convert them into booked consultations at the clinic.
This is not cold calling.
Every lead has already requested information.
However, speed matters. The best callers contact new enquiries within minutes, not hours.
We are looking for someone who is confident on the phone, comfortable speaking with UK patients, and focused on booking appointments rather than just making calls.
What You'll Be Doing
- Calling new enquiries shortly after they come in
- Building rapport and answering basic treatment questions
- Booking patients into the clinic diary
- Following up with leads who did not answer the first call
- Updating call outcomes inside the CRM
- Providing feedback on common objections or patient concerns

Important
We prioritise callers who are available to respond quickly when new leads come in.
Fast response times dramatically increase booking rates, so responsiveness is a key part of the role.
