Purpose of the Role

The Architect will provide architectural design, building planning and development advisory services for commercial, industrial and residential projects. The successful candidate will support clients with municipal approvals, building plans, retail layouts, commercial developments and technical project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare architectural drawings and building plans.
Design commercial, retail and industrial developments.
Conduct site inspections.
Prepare concept layouts and feasibility designs.
Assist with municipal building plan submissions.
Coordinate with engineers and town planners.
Review building compliance requirements.
Attend client consultations.
Prepare technical reports.
Support multidisciplinary project teams.

Minimum Requirements

Degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology.
Professional registration advantageous.
Minimum 5 years' experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit.
Excellent communication skills.
