Architect / Senior Architectural Technologist - Revit (Freelance Contract)
Location: Cape Town/Hybrid
Job Type: Freelance / Contract
A well-established architectural practice based in Cape Town is seeking a skilled and experienced Revit Architect or Senior Architectural Technologist to join our team on a freelance basis.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant architectural experience
- Qualification in Architecture or Architectural Technology
- Advanced proficiency in Revit
- Strong technical documentation and detailing skills
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Must be available to start immediately
- Must have their own computer/laptop and software required to perform the role
