M-Scents is Hiring: Area Manager – Northern Cape and North West
Are you a dynamic leader with a proven track record in multi-store retail management? M-Scents, a fast-growing fragrance brand, is looking for an experienced Area Manager to oversee and elevate our retail operations across the Northern Cape and North West region.
*What We’re Looking For:*
Experience: Minimum 3 years in an Area Manager or similar multi-site leadership role
Scope: Proven experience managing 5 or more stores simultaneously
Leadership: Strong people management, coaching, and performance optimization skills
Coverage areas: Vryburg, Kuruman, Upington, Mahikeng and Zeerust
Mobility: Willingness to travel across the region

Location:
This role spans across the Northern Cape and North West region and requires flexibility for travel.
