**Qualifications: Grade: 12. Retail or Business-related Degree / Diploma (Advantageous).

8+ Years of retail experience.

5 + years of store management experience.

Demonstrate a Retail trading mentality

Strong leadership skills.

High analytical ability with strong numeracy skills.

Employee-centric (proven track record of this).

Ability to coach and develop others.

Customer-focused mindset.

Attention to detail.
