Area Manager: Urban Renewal & Flagship Projects: HSET19316

Location City of Ekurhuleni Remuneration R 793 320.00 to R 1 088 268.00 - Basic salary per annum (plus benefits) Assignment Type Permanent Minimum Requirements:

• Relevant Built Environment or related Degree
• 3 years' experience in a similar environment

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage and ensure the development and implementation of Urban Renewal and Flagship programmes and projects.
• Drive an overall project management plan to ensure improved and enhanced use of land and the built environment by developing and implementing Urban Renewal and Flagship Projects that contribute to sustainable neighbourhoods
• Manage and ensure accountability for delivery of contracted work output within agreed parameters of SOP's, quality standards and service targets. Ensure all work is undertaken within the agreed specifications and that projects are carried out according to professional project management practices
• Drive and manage strategic internal and external relationships
• Manage and drive the development and implementation of operational plans to meet established annual objectives
• Drive, develop and manage a high-performance culture
