Job Title: Area Marketer

Location: WC, Cape Town

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Marketer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving retail execution, managing promotional activities, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring excellence in merchandising and brand visibility across allocated stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor promotional activities in assigned areas.
• Ensure compliance with merchandising standards and planograms.
• Manage and maintain Point of Purchase (POP) materials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Monitor competitor activity and identify market opportunities.
• Lead, coach, and support field staff to achieve business objectives.
• Conduct regular store visits and provide actionable feedback.
• Ensure product availability and shelf health across all stores.

Requirements

Essential

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Valid driver's license.
• Own Vehicle.
• FMCG industry experience.
• Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Advantageous

• Experience in retail merchandising and promotions.
