We’re looking for a confident, well-presented and proactive Gallery Assistant who is passionate about creating memorable client experiences and supporting the daily operations of our gallery.

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, professional and approachable personality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Self-motivated with great attention to detail.
• Passion for art, luxury brands or the creative industry is advantageous.
• A valid driver’s licence and access to reliable transport is required.

Your Responsibilities

• Welcoming visitors and providing an exceptional gallery experience.
• Assisting with the day-to-day running of the gallery.
• Managing administrative duties, emails and client correspondence.
• Supporting gallery events, exhibitions and artist collaborations.
• Coordinating meetings with artists, clients and collaborators.
• Ensuring the gallery is maintained to the highest professional standard.
