Job description
We’ve got a position available for an Assessing administrator
Company: King Price (Assessing)
Purpose of position:
Provide administrative and operational support to the Assessing function, ensuring that claims and related assessment processes are coordinated accurately, efficiently and within agreed turnaround times
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support throughout the claims assessment process.
- Review documentation for completeness before assessments are arranged or processed.
- Request outstanding information from claims consultants, service providers, brokers, clients or other relevant parties.
- Assist with queries relating to the status of assessments.
- Handle client complaints, concerns and challenging interactions professionally, ensuring matters are addressed appropriately or escalated where required.
- Manage and respond to queries relating to drivable and non-drivable vehicles, ensuring the appropriate process and next steps are followed.
- Coordinate vehicle rental arrangements for clients in line with policy cover, internal procedures and applicable authorization requirements.
- Keep clients informed of repair progress and any changes that may affect the claim or expected turnaround time.
- Follow up proactively on delays with repairers, assessors, rental providers and other service providers and escalate concerns where necessary.
Requirements:
- Matric
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
- 2 years’ client service experience, including handling client complaints
- Administrative experience

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
