Job description
Job Purpose
The Department of the Premier, Western Cape Government has an opportunity for a competent and qualified individual to supervise, design, facilitate, coordinate, and monitor organisational culture and team development interventions, ensuring effective implementation and alignment with organisational performance and culture objectives;
Minimum Requirements
An appropriate 3-year National Diploma/B-Degree at NQF 6 (equivalent or higher qualification) within a Social/Industrial/Public and Business Management Science or related field; A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience; A valid (Code B or higher) driving licence.

Coordinate and facilitate team and culture development and improvements; Supervise and coordinate organisational change enablement initiatives and implementation support; Develop, monitor, and report on project plans; Manage and undertake all administrative functions

and discourse management processes; Public Finance Management Act, National and Provincial Treasury Regulations, other financial
policies, prescripts, directives and collective agreements; the functioning of the Province and the activities of sister departments/related functional areas; the policies of the government of the day; Labour Relations legislation and regulations; performance management in
general; change management methodologies models; culture and leadership theory and models; key elements/determinants of organisational performance as they relate to the field of culture and leadership; Knowledge of mentoring and coaching practices.

Remuneration
R 487 197 - R 537 897per annum (Salary level 9)
Note on remuneration in addition service benefits or obligations for qualifying employees (medical assistance, housing assistance, pension-fund contributions, etc) are funded or co-funded in terms of the applicable prescripts or collective agreements.
