Job description
The purpose of this position is to assist our Event Coordinator in all administrative, logistical and other related tasks as required by relevant portfolio.
Performance Areas:
· Present, promote and sell products at events
· Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers
· Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Competencies/Required Skills, Abilities and Attributes:
· Organizational Skills: Juggle multiple timelines, vendor lists, and deliverables
· Communication: Speak and write clearly
· Remain Calm Under Pressure: Stay level-headed and make fast decisions when unexpected issues arise
Requirements:
· Drivers’ license and own vehicle is a prerequisite
· Highly motivated and energetic individual
· Experience in Events, sales & customer service
· Must speak, read and write Afrikaans & English
· Attention to detail
· Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
· Computer literate in Microsoft Office
· Must have experience in towing of food trailer and relevant PDP
· Must be able to work on weekends when needed
