About the Role

My client seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Fuel Site Manager to support the daily operations of our busy fuel station. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, leadership potential and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily admin functions of the site
• Assist the Site Manager in overseeing daily fuel station operations
• Supervise staff, ensuring adherence to safety and service standards
• Monitor fuel levels, stock, and inventory control
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
• Support scheduling, training, and performance management of team members
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Contribute to sales growth through effective promotions and customer engagement

Requirements

• Previous experience in the retail fuel sector, essential
• Working experience on SAP, preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Knowledge of safety protocols and operational procedures
• Flexible availability, including weekends and shifts
• Reliable, proactive and customer-focused attitude
• Must be willing to work shifts, and on weekends and holidays
