Job description
Reception & communication, Diary & meeting management
Office upkeep-Order stationery, kitchen supplies, PPE. Report maintenance issues
Process Invoices, manage petty cash,
Purchasing- getting quotes, draft purchase orders and place orders
Coordinate deliveries to sites, ensure waybills,
HR support: Leave registers, time sheets, compile daily/weekly reports - orders placed, stock levels, issues logged.
Pay: R9 375,01 - R13 000,00 per month
Work Location: In person
