TalstarProp Property Management & Maintenance is currently seeking an exceptional Assistant Operations & HR Administrative Manager to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive, and eager to build a long-term career within the construction and property maintenance industry.
Position
Assistant Operations & HR Administrative Manager
Location: Durbanville, Cape Town
Salary: R9,000 per month (3-Month Probation)
About the Role
This is not just another office administration position.
You will assist in managing the daily operations of the business, coordinating teams, communicating with clients, supporting HR functions, capturing invoices, and ensuring projects run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the daily operations of the company.
Delegate and follow up on daily tasks.
Capture supplier invoices and maintain accurate records.
Support quotation and invoice administration.
Coordinate site supervisors, maintenance teams and sales executives.
Schedule work and monitor project progress.
Communicate professionally with clients and suppliers.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding and HR administration.
Maintain staff records and attendance.
Prepare operational reports.
Ensure company procedures are followed.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric)
Excellent administrative and organisational skills
Computer literate (Microsoft Office & Excel)
Knowledge of accounting and invoice capturing
Strong communication skills
Excellent leadership and problem-solving ability
Ability to work under pressure
Professional appearance and attitude
Advantageous Experience
Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in:
Construction
Property Maintenance
Facilities Management
Handyman Services
Operations Administration
HR Administration
Project Coordination
Experience within the construction or maintenance industry will be considered a strong advantage.
