Assistant Store Manager

We are looking for a reliable and driven retail professional who enjoys taking ownership, leading by example, and supporting teams and store operations in a luxury retail environment.

Support store operations and uphold brand excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support store performance and daily operations

• Assist with financial controls, POS compliance, and stock management

• Ensure exceptional customer service and handle customer queries and complaints

• Maintain store presentation, merchandising, and brand standards

• Oversee store security, health, and safety in the absence of the Store Manager

• Support staff training, administration, and operational compliance Skills and Requirements

• Strong operational and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal ability

• Ability to work independently and under pressure

• Good planning, organisation, and time-management skills

• Computer literacy and administrative competence

• Leadership and team support capability Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12

• Previous retail supervisory or assistant management experience

• MS Office proficiency

• Retail systems experience (EVO advantageous)
