ASSISTANT FLOOR MANAGER WANTED

We are looking for a confident and motivated Assistant Floor Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate must be able to:

• Confidently manage a busy restaurant floor
• Communicate clearly and professionally with staff and customers
• Handle difficult customer situations calmly
• Motivate and inspire the team to continually improve service
• Assist with general administration, cash-ups and placing orders
• Run occasional business-related errands

Requirements:

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience
• Some supervisory or management experience would be advantageous
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Reliable, organised and hands-on
• Own reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s licence
• Available to work mainly afternoons, evenings and weekends
• Living in or around Vredehoek would be a plus
