ASSISTANT FLOOR MANAGER WANTED
We are looking for a confident and motivated Assistant Floor Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate must be able to:
- Confidently manage a busy restaurant floor
- Communicate clearly and professionally with staff and customers
- Handle difficult customer situations calmly
- Motivate and inspire the team to continually improve service
- Assist with general administration, cash-ups and placing orders
- Run occasional business-related errands
Requirements:
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience
- Some supervisory or management experience would be advantageous
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Reliable, organised and hands-on
- Own reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s licence
- Available to work mainly afternoons, evenings and weekends
- Living in or around Vredehoek would be a plus
