• You will provide oversight and assurance that underwriting processes, systems, and controls meet regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and Hollard's strategic objectives.
• Through insightful analysis, risk assessments, and governance reviews, you will help mitigate financial, regulatory, and reputational risks while driving continuous improvement across the business.
• You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, business partners, and binder holders to build a culture of accountability, compliance, innovation, and operational excellence.

• Provide strategic oversight and assurance of underwriting processes, systems, and practices across our binder partner network.
• Review business processes and identify opportunities to strengthen governance, controls, and operational effectiveness.
• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure ongoing compliance with legislative and industry requirements.
• Conduct assurance reviews and audits against Hollard Insure Binder Underwriting Guidelines and operating procedures.
• Identify risk exposures, evaluate findings, and recommend practical remediation and risk mitigation actions.
• Manage the tracking and resolution of assurance findings and control weaknesses.
• Support strategic training and capability development initiatives that strengthen underwriting excellence across the business.
• Produce high-quality reports, presentations, and assurance insights that support informed business decisions.
• Leverage data analytics and technology to identify trends, improve controls, and enhance assurance outcomes.
• Champion process improvements and digital transformation initiatives that drive operational excellence.
