In this role you will be responsible for:
- Conducting of weighbridge inspections at the start of the shift
- Conducting all weighbridge tests as per procedures and works instructions
- Ensure accurate weighing, record keeping and reconciliation on all materials
- Ensure effective reporting and communication of any deviations and resolution thereof
- Ensure good housekeeping standards within and around the weighbridge area at all times
- Complying to all relevant procedures, works instructions and risk assessments
About you:
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
- Computer literate for the role including MES knowledge
- 1 year experience in a Ferrochrome Final Product and/or Raw Material environment with a sound knowledge of product/material receiving, identification, weighing and sampling
