Job description
We're looking for an Audience Growth Specialist to manage and optimize digital distribution across social media and organic search . The role focuses on growing reach, engagement, website traffic, and organic visibility rather than creating content.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily publishing across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and emerging platforms
- Build and maintain social media publishing calendars
- Optimize posts for each platform, including hashtags, formatting, tagging, and accessibility
- Monitor comments, DMs, and brand mentions
- Support employee and executive social media advocacy
- Analyze social performance and identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, followers, and referral traffic
- Execute technical and on-page SEO, including keyword research, metadata, internal linking, image optimization, and structured content
- Monitor website SEO health, indexing, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, and search rankings
Requirements 3-6+ years in social media, SEO, digital marketing, or audience growth
Proven experience growing owned digital channels
Strong understanding of social platforms, algorithms, and engagement
Hands-on SEO experience with Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs , or similar
Experience with website CMS platforms
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Familiarity with AI-powered marketing and SEO tools
