Audio Visual Agent (Sales)

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Audio Visual Sales Agent to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for a sales professional with experience in the Audio Visual (AV) industry who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and promoting a wide range of AV hire solutions for corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, training sessions, and live productions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Manage inbound and outbound sales enquiries
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Prepare quotations and proposals
• Follow up on leads and sales opportunities
• Negotiate and close deals
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records
• Work closely with operations and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Audio Visual sales, event technology sales, or AV hire solutions
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong new business development skills
• Experience preparing quotations and proposals
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong negotiation and closing ability
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and email communication
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle
