Overview
We are seeking a highly competent Audit Senior/ Assistant Manager/ Audit Supervisor to lead and execute audit engagements with a strong focus on public sector audits. The ideal candidate must demonstrate technical excellence, professional integrity, and the ability to manage teams and complex assignments independently.

Minimum Requirements (Strictly Applied)
- SAICA Articles Completed
- SAICA‑endorsed Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Financial Management
- Public Sector Audit Experience (municipalities, departments, entities, PFMA/MFMA environments)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Audit Engagements from planning to reporting, ensuring compliance with ISA, SAICA, and firm methodologies
- Evaluate Internal Controls and identify risks, deficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Perform Detailed Audit Testing including PFMA/MFMA compliance, GRAP/IFRS assessments, and governance reviews
- Prepare Audit Files & Reports with high-quality documentation and clear audit evidence
- Supervise and Mentor Juniors, providing coaching, review notes, and performance feedback
- Engage with Clients professionally to discuss findings, risks, and recommendations

- Ability to Work Independently and manage multiple engagements
