Auto Electrician (with Mechanical Experience)

Our workshop in Kempton Park is looking is looking for Skilled Auto Electrician with solid diagnostic and fault findings abilities, complimented by hands-on mechanical experience.

MUST have a valid South African driver's license and at least 3 years auto electrical experience as well as hands on mechanical experience on light passenger petrol and diesel vehicles post qualification.

Requirements:

· Diagnostic, troubleshoot, and repair of electrical faults in a wide range of vehicles. BMW, Toyota, VW, Hyundai, Ford etc

· Conduct advanced fault-finding using diagnostic tools and equipment.

· Install maintain, service and repair both electrical and mechanical vehicle systems (alternators, starters, wiring, oil change, suspension, engine, brakes etc. ).

· Install and maintain auto electrical components (lighting, air conditioning systems, ECU, wiring harnesses).

· Be able to work independently without supervision, be driven, reliable and proactive

·Carry out service and repairs to the highest standard within the required standard industry flat rates

· Team Player and great communication skills

· Must be fluent in English

· Writing and reading skills

· Must be of sober habits

· No Criminal record

· Reliable and honest

· Great at fault finding

· Good traceable references
