Job Title: Parts Sales Representative

Position Type: Full-Time
About the Role
Parts 24 is looking for a driven, energetic, and self-motivated Parts Sales Representative to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced automotive retail environment, work well under pressure, and have strong communication skills, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities

Assist counter and phone customers with automotive parts inquiries, pricing, and availability.
Process sales orders accurately and efficiently using computer sales systems.
Work independently to solve customer problems and maintain high service standards.
Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock identification and organization.

Requirements

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: Must have a minimum of 1 year of hands-on Parts Sales experience.
PLEASE NOTE: Applications will NOT be considered without prior automotive parts sales experience. Do not apply if you do not meet this requirement.
Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills required for processing orders and managing inventory lookup systems.
Soft Skills: Energetic, self-motivated, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Work Ethic: Highly adaptable, able to work under pressure, and capable of working independently without constant supervision.
