Automotive Events Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Event Planning
• Organize conferences, exhibitions, product launches, and customer events.
• Coordinate venues, logistics, suppliers, registrations, and event programs.
• Campaign Management
• Develop integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Prepare campaign calendars and budgets.
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Liaise with internal departments, sponsors, agencies, and suppliers.
• Ensure consistent communication and brand alignment.
• Supplier & Vendor Management
• Source, negotiate, and manage suppliers, agencies, and venues.
• Monitor supplier performance and compliance.
• Project Management
• Develop project plans, timelines, and risk registers.
• Track progress and manage competing priorities.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Event Management, or Business Management.
• Experience: 5–8 years in event coordination, campaign management, or marketing.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
• Competence in using analytics to optimize event performance.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skill
