Job description

SAF Motors is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Counter Salesman to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will assist customers in selecting the correct vehicle parts, prepare quotations and invoices, answer telephone and WhatsApp enquiries, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining a clean and organised sales floor.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers at the sales counter.
Identify and supply the correct automotive parts.
Prepare quotations and process sales.
Answer telephone and WhatsApp enquiries.
Follow up on customer quotations when required.
Merchandise and replenish stock.
Work as part of a team.

Requirements

Previous experience in automotive parts sales or automotive retail.
Good knowledge of passenger vehicle parts.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Decent computer literacy.
Honest, reliable and well presented.
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's licence is advantageous.
