Job description

Want to become a Skylinker? Let’s soar together! ✈

This is an international Contractor role open globally, candidates must work in the EST time zone as Skylink is headquartered in Sanford, Florida (United States)

Are you a marketing professional with 3–5+ years of experience creating content in a B2B environment? Do you have a love for aviation and understand how to adapt messaging across platforms while keeping brand voice consistent? Then we want to hear from you!

Who are we?
At Skylink, we’ve been flying high since 1986.Founded by Jim and Susie Anglin, we’re dedicated to giving you a “WOW” experience. When challenges pop up (and they do!), we solve them together with a smile. We support the maintenance of aircraft fleets worldwide, providing everything from tiny bolts to massive jet engines. Whether it’s for commercial flights or military missions, we keep fleets soaring!

We're a Global Team! of 30-ish Skylinkers across the US and internationally, we offer a dynamic, collaborative environment where growth and success are shared by all!

What We Do
Skylink supports aircraft maintenance worldwide. We work with large commercial, regional, and military aircraft—yes, the same ones you fly on vacation, that transport cargo globally, and that support military missions. Our mission? To simplify the delivery of nose-to-tail aircraft maintenance materials for clients across 30+ countries.

This is a high-ownership, execution-driven full-time role**.* You will** work directly with our CEO* to develop and produce marketing content across formats following our brand voice: written, visual, and video, while partnering with our People Operations Manager to support employer branding initiatives.

As our Marketing Manager, you'll own Skylink's marketing distribution end to end: turning ideas, conversations, and business insights into polished, platform-ready content and campaigns that actually convert into qualified B2B leads and pipeline. You will ensure consistency in voice, clarity in Skylink messaging, and quality in execution across all brand touchpoints.

At Skylink we have our Brand Playbook created and we leverage AI systems. This is a hands-on execution role.
-

What You'll Own

  • Own Skylink's marketing distribution from end to end. You are not a post scheduler. You are building a media operation — one that consistently puts Skylink in front of the right buyers, earns their attention, and converts that attention into pipeline. Every channel you touch should work together toward that outcome.
  • Build and manage our lead funnel. From lead magnet creation to landing page to email nurture sequence to qualified opportunity — you own the funnel architecture, the content inside it, and the conversion metrics that come out of it.
  • Drive lead conversion, not just lead generation. Generating leads is the starting line. You're accountable for what happens next — follow-up sequences, nurture content, and the handoff to sales with enough context to close. We measure you on opportunities created, not just contacts collected.
  • Produce and maintain sales collateral. Work with the sales team to keep our one-pagers, sales sheets, capability decks, and case studies current, on-brand, and actually useful in a real sales conversation.YELLOW
  • Manage paid advertising and brand image. You own our paid ads — from creative to targeting to performance reporting. You also own how Skylink looks across every digital surface: social profiles, website visuals, branded graphics, and video assets. Brand image is a trust function, and you protect it.
  • Every piece of content you produce has a job to do. Before it goes live, you should be able to answer: what is this doing for Skylink — building trust, proving value, removing sales friction, or moving us from "vendor" to "partner"? If you can't answer that, it doesn't go live.
